    We reserved Galveston express for our return to Hobby today at 10am.
    We were in line by 9am.
    At 940ish, someone came and told us to go to a completely different area for a ********* type bus. No big deal.
    We were then told that guests going to Hobby instead of George Bush would board last, to sit in front of the bus for easy exit. Our luggage was handled last, it made sense.
    We finally get on, and there are zero seats. Several adults and children have to stand.
    This isn’t even legal.
    They also had people already seated that had reservations for 1pm instead of 10am to the airport.
    Called the owner when we got off to ask if he would do anything to remedy the fact that we stood at the TOILETS, and he refused. Said he has to pay his people and I can dispute with my credit card company, but they won’t do anything about it anyhow.
    There are many other shuttle options available, next time I’ll research better.

    Nothing was mentioned until after they all arrived at the airport. I suspect this is just a play to try to get money out of us. With two attendants assisting with the loading process you would think she could have at least mentioned this to one of them so they could remedy the situation.

    If you want to make your flight , don’t use these guys. We booked them to pick us up from the cruise port and take us to ****** **** ******** Our driver left us, no call (although the office said they did). The next three drivers told us they couldn’t take us . The office said they could send another driver out 3 hours after our original pick up time which would have had us running for our flights. They will not refund us. My advice.. Just take a taxi

    We were fully booked today which left us with very little flexibility after you missed your scheduled shuttle time. We encourage all of our customers to switch their cell phone back to the cell towers after docking. We sure did give it our best effort, but none of us could get through to you. I don't know what was going on with your phone exactly, but please blame someone else. You were scheduled for a 10 o'clock pickup and should have had plenty of time to disembark and get to the pickup location. Our shuttles ran on time as scheduled and everyone else made it to the shuttle just fine. I'm really not sure where the breakdown was, but perhaps that is where your review should be directed.
