    Miracle Method Surface Refinishing (Dallas ********** - **********) has been in and out of my home since October 16, 2024. to Nov 19th. We have been told many things that have not been true or correct concerning the work. The General manager, ***** came out 3 weeks ago to review the first *********** work and agreed that it was unacceptable and not up to MM standards. I was glad that he agreed with our assessment. During his visit, he appeared to be concerned and dissatisfied with the work. He failed to cover the entrance to our open closet (was built without a door), mirrors and toilets when he was spraying the finish and our clothes, shoes, suits etc, were covered in a heavy paint type dust. I have a video and pictures of what it looked like. The toilets and the large mirrors that sit above the bathroom vanities were speckled with the product that was sprayed. As of 11/19/2024 - the 2 toilet seat covers, bowls and 3 vanity mirrors have not been restored as ***** assured us they would be. Tech #2 removed one of the faucets himself and left the water line dripping into the cabinet. The cabinet floor was filled with water which seeped through and buckled the wood on the inside and outside of the sink cabinet. We discovered the dripping waterline on the next day. Out of 3, only one tub and 2 shower surround walls is high gloss ) as per the contract. The bathroom finishes in tubs and shower surrounds are a rough gritty semi-satin finish. ***** did one of the bathroom shower surround and tub the correct way (high gloss), before he left the job today on 11/19/2024. I told him this was our expectation for all of the shower surrounds and tubs, not just the one he completed today. He said that he was going out to his truck to call his boss and come back (2:02 PM CST.) but instead he drove off. To date 11/27/2024 we have heard nothing from ***** ***** Mgr), ***** (Sales Agent) or MM ********** - ***************, **. We are left with a No Gloss, rough and gritty finish.
