    My estate sale was on December 7th and 8th of 2024. I was never given an update on how the sale was going and had a hard time getting responses. I was told after many emails, text messages and phone calls that the check would be mailed on December 19. I still do not have a check, now the owners phone has been disconnected, and they will not return emails. I checked today and now the Website is not responding. I already was ***** when I had many Brighton jewelry pieces that were missing from the sale. We had a garage full of tools as well as 2500 sq ft of house since we were downsizing to a tiny house. My husband had a lot of vintage pipes and Irish chess sets. We are devastated that they have taken the money from everything and dissappeared. The address of the sale was ***************************************.

    I purchased a ceramic Christmas tree at an estate sale in ***********, *****, ** Friday, October 25, 2024. When I purchased the ceramic Christmas tree, I asked the owner if I could pick up the tree later (not the same day) in which he agreed. He stated that he would have it wrapped up and ready for me when I picked it up. On Saturday, October 26, 2024, I called and spoke with the gentleman, owner and told him I had just left the house where I purchased the ceramic Christmas tree and they were not opened. I communicated to him that I had to leave because I had to be at work. I communicated to him that I would be there first thing on Sunday morning which I was. I went to pick up the ceramic Christmas tree on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 9:00am. When I got there, the gentleman, owner, was not there but his daughter and another young girl with light hair. I communicated to the daughter that I was there to pick up the ceramic Christmas tree. She stated she did not know where it was and asked the young lady with the light hair to check in the restroom. At that time, I began to shop since it was a certain % off. While I was shopping, the young lady with the light colored hair stated to me that she found the tree in the restroom and would wrap it up for me. I took the bag that the tree was in and went to work. When I got home and unwrapped the tree, the employee did not wrap and place the base of the Christmas tree in the bag. I immediately sent a text to the owner explaining to him that his employee did not but the base of the tree in my bag. (I have the texts). The response was that his daughter would go back and get it an meet me. She never called to meet so that I could get the base. Now the owner wants me to drive 2 hours to get the base when his company made the mistake. He sent me a threatening email that it was my choice to pick up the base in *******. At this point I want a refund. His employee made the mistake he should make it right!
