      Absolutely ************************* on the Back End The purchase and delivery side of their business is quick and efficient. Trying to get a return or replacement is next to impossible despite the website banner stating " Hassle-Free Returns" or even if you pay the $4.75 upcharge when ordering for "Free Unlimited Returns for Refunds or Store Credit". I have emailed, submitted a return request, and submitted a contact request only to receive an automated response stating that my request "has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". At this point it feels like it is a waiting game that they are playing. Hoping that I either tire of reaching out and forget or exceed the 30 day return window. Judging by the experience of the person who registered the BBB complaint about a similar experience with Resistol, I am guessing that this is Resistol's business plan.
