    I've dealt with Staten's Applianced for several years and have found them to be honest, fair and professional. I've purchased used appliances from them many, many times and they work perfectly. Would highly recommend them.

    Avoid, Owner is a smooth-talking liar that makes promises and commitments, but does not follow through or honor, but denies saying what he stated to get the sale.

    Price for used is almost the same as new. Why anyone would buy Staten's junk is beyond me.

    I had them remove their used relic from my home and they kept my previous appliance, power cord and drain hose which they had no business keeping.

    Their tech also opened and was snooping in my refrigerator without asking for permission and took pictures of the inside. ***, he had no business in there.

    Do yourself a favor and avoid.
