      4/21/24 I ordered 2 gis. 5/4/24 I received the first one gi 5/11/24 I emailed to follow up because 2nd gi was not delivered. No response. 5/18/24 sent email requesting how to return since first gi does not fit and inquired about 2nd gi that has still not been delivered. No response. 5/24/24 sent email again with same request. 5/27/24 response from ****** stating second gi will be shipped soon. They did not address request regarding first gi that does not fit. 6/23/24. Still have not received 2nd gi. Sent email requesting a full refund. 6/24/24 Habrok send a tracking number. Still did not address request regarding c first gi. 6/28/24 Tracking number shows as delivered to wrong address in a different city. 6/29/24 Sent email informing that it was sent to wrong address and asked how I can get a refund. No response. 7/9/24 Sent an email asking for a response. No response. 7/30/24 received email asking how my experience with Habrok was. Relies to that email informing them of my experience. No response. 8/9/24 sent email again reviewing whole situation. Received an apology. They asked for my height and weight. I responded with height and weight. No further response. 8/20/24. Sent another email recapping situation and asking for response. No response. I have one of the 2 items but need to exchange or return. The second item I never received. I paid for the order on 4/21/24. It is now 8/23/24 and unresolved.

      We have refunded the full amount back to the customer and also as a good faith we have sent one more replacement product which is complimentary. We did make an attempt to call the customer however we did not hear back.
