five star cycles Experience. what do you think about this? I'm being tricked here aren't I?the shop does good tire changes and other mechanical work on motorcycles .but something they don't do good at is keeping customers, or being fair.I paid $3,800 for a Hyosung GT650 on August 16th for my birthday. I trusted **** since he is a motorcycle mechanic and has his own shop, so I didn't doubt the stability and upkeep of the motorcycle. I was wrong.3 days into riding, tire goes flat. should be new tires if it's coming from a mechanic right?after flat, turn signals went out and one fell off while riding in the front, then as I investigated, it appeared the bike had previously been dropped..a few days later I change the black oil out, only to find the plug hole threads to be stripped. starting to think this was intentional to sell to someone with the intent to get money out of them with repairs, and there shouldn't be all these problems coming from a mechanics shop, right?day before I decided I'm going to take it back, the aluminum key broke off into the hard to open rear seat.had to pull it out to put in ignition to get home. why is there an after market ignition key? when I arrive at the shop to talk to **** about getting some of my money back, he looks at the perfectly running motorcycle and tells me he would only give me $300 for it. 30 days, went from $3800 to $300 worth?so your telling me I did $3500 in damage to the running motorcycle I just drove back?not possible. this seems like it was a set up to take my money and I have clearly been bamboozled. I find this quite disrespectful to have taken advantage of me like this and not good look for his business. This seems intentional to have set me up like this I would like to receive $2800 from ****, the owner who sold it to me. Or i will accept an exchange for his harley ******** he is selling. That is fair, and will prevent further complaints filed by me against FSC

****** came into the shop on his birthday boasting that he won $20k from online gambling and would like to buy a motorcycle from us. I, ***************, was the one that spoke to ****** from start to the end. At first, ****** wanted to buy the Harley ******** we had in stock. I let him test rode the bike and he came back not satisfied. Then he test rode the Hyosung 650gt and was quite satisfied and purchased it. The very next day, he called and asked if I would take the bike back less some cash. I told him that I would with condition that it doesnt have any damages. Two weeks later, he came back to the shop to get a rear tires and I noticed that there are damages to the motorcycle. He told me that he did the oil changes himself and stripped ******* pan threads and its leaking. Then another 2 weeks later, he called and asked if I wanted to buy the bike back because he crashed it and broke his leg. I told him in the phone that I don't buy bikes unless it's cheap and i can sell it for parts. An hour later, he rode it in and hobbled on one leg and try to sell back his bike. I told him that i don't want to but if he lets it go cheap than i might consider. After we agreed on the selling price, I asked if he wants to go home and sleep on it because of what happened when he bought the bike. sure enough, here it is, this complaint. I have been doing business at this location since ****. I have built a good reputation for myself and the business name. It people like ****** that does not take his own responsibility or action and blames it on others. when he purchased the bike, he was told that there are no guarantee or warranty on the bike. when he sold the bike back to me. It was written on the same contract.  I did not force ****** into buying or selling the bike. It was all his choices. ******, you need to grow up and take responsibility for your action and life choices. I sold you a perfectly fine looking and running bike. You did all the damages and sold it back to me. All I ever do is provide good service to ALL my customers including you.

I bought a tire from them and had it installed by them. The tire is clearly defective and coming off the belt by chunks. I contacted them to let them know the tire is defective as soon as I could get the chance. I talked to the office personal and some dude who called me. They told me once I leave the shop the tire and the problems are mine. I asked them to reconsider this since it's an issue that is beyond my control. I'm beyond angry with this place. There's not a tire place in the world or mechanic shop that doesn't back up their work.

Customer purchased the tire on March 3, 2022 and got it installed March 12, 2022. Customer rode and put thousands of miles on it to wear it out. Motorcycle tires are only good for few thousand miles not like car tires. Now, June 2023, the customer is claiming its defective. No sir, its not defective but its a worn tire. We dont offer tire warranty, we dont sell tire warranty and therefore there are no warranty on any tires we sell or services here. Thanks for the opportunity to serve you.

I am rejecting this response because:   Thousands of miles? *** do you know how many miles I have put on the tire (I never gave you a picture of the odometer nor did you ask). A tire that is not defective should last about **** miles which is not even close to the mileage that I got from the tire. You can clearly see the tire is not worn down but rather coming off at the belt. A good tire doesn't come off in chunks. Any respectable shop will warranty a tire they buy and install which is what you did. You think you can just skip responsibility and blame me for the tire's defective wear? A good tire doesn't come off on the sides in chunks, a good tire wears on the middle first as it is the part that touches the road 80%+ of any ride.  Furthermore the year I bought it doesn't matter because I have 2 bikes and I ride the other far more. You had the audacity to accuse me of doing burn outs on my motorcycle on the phone which quite frankly is blaming the victim. I am a very safe rider and I do not fast accelerate, take corners careless, I have always kept the tire at the right pressure. I can see after your response that you think any money you get is free money and you have no responsibility to any customer. Its despicable. NOW I see why you paid me to give you a 5 star review and even then you confronted me on my choice of words because the customer service is lacking (a very truthful statement but I have updated that review). A good company never has to pay it's customer's money to give a 5 star review. A 5 star business gets a 5 star review because it is a respectable company that wants its customers to come back and to refer them to their friends.

Again, we dont sell tire warranty, offer warranty and therefore there is no warranty on your tire. If you think that your tire is defective, you should contact the maker or manufacturer and make a claim with them. The only warranty we give to our customers is a 30 ********** and labor warranty. Even warranty we give has restrictions. Your purchase is way out of the warranty period and from the looks of those pictures, theyre worn. Again, contact the tire manufacturer to make your claim with them if you think your tire is defective. Have a great day.

I am rejecting this response because:   I found out what happened to the tire. The tire is over 10 years old. I got sold a 10 year old tire which I believe is not something you are suppose to do. I found this out by taking it to another garage. As far as your warranty, don't worry I will never be coming back, no you can keep repeating the tire is worn out but I have taken it to other places and they do not agree with your coward coup out excuse either. So apparently everyone is lying except you all right? I hope the whole world read this. You can't sell a 10 year old tire. That is very dangerous. You are lucky you all didn't kill me.
