    In May, 2024 I purchased a XT5 from ********* Cadillac. We agreed on a price which was approximately $30,000 which included TTL. Upon signing the paperwork there was an additional charge for an extended warranty that I did not want. I stated on multiple occasions that I did not want the extended warranty. According to ***** it was too late to change the paperwork and we could take off the following day. He had me sign paperwork that evening to cancel the warranty. I followed up with him the following day to be sure it was going to be corrected. He then informed me that he needed to have it refunded. I believe this is a scam and they included this amount thinking it would not be caught. I have continued to follow up on getting the refund which was financed in the note. I was initially led to believe the note would be redone. According to ***** (finance ***** the note could not be redone even though it was the following day. The following weeks and now months I have been trying to get this resolved. I have called multiple times and left messages. To date, I still have not received a refund. Just over a month or so I even went in person to try to get resolved. I meet with a different finance person and filled out the cancelation paperwork again. He promised it would be resolved and that the refund should be reflected within a few weeks. I have waited again with NO RESULTS! I have called again only to be ignored. No response, no result, no help to resolve, no updated. At this point I really think they are scamming their customers. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS GROUP AND SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ELSE SHOULD!Please help. I am awaiting a transplant and not in good health. I really need to get this resolved.
