    Sketchy/Shady business. I cancelled a 2 year extended warranty with them back in July 2024. They did not send a check at all to the lienholder until Feb. 2025, which happened as a result of me calling them for the fifth time and texting ***** ****** (with no response). This business was shady and took far too long to get me this check which they had stated multiple times was already sent before they sent me the actual check.

    I have ordered Multiple vehicles from Planet 635 ***********************. The Last 2 years I have dealt with only Two Sale persons ******* and ******** who have bent over backward on every vehicle I have bought and ensured no Pressure no add ons ect. What I Agreed to online was exactly the price I got. Not Bad at all I had hear nightmare about the finance folk form others. They seem to place the tax rate High when paying for the trucks. Keep a eye on it or it may slip by. Then they will put ******e the final cash out. Still trying to find out what that is and why **** allows it. But The sales went OK so far. Just keep you guard up dealing with the Finance folk. They are seem to be way to aggressive with the add on and will talk down to you. The Five stars is only for the Online Sales staff only. ******* and ******** and they are the only two sales people worth talking to. Shop Online dont do a walk in.

    They got caught in a straw deal had me sign my grandmas name to a contract refused to give us copies of the contract they had me sign finally after a huge disaster that I’m not given enough characters on here to tell you about because it’s a page they finally got me into my car they paid my first payment but still left me open to a huge civil and criminal liability do not do business with these people

    Horrible service experience , paid 24k out of pocket for a new motor on my gt350 just to come pick it up and find it with mud on the floor mats and scuff marks on the door panels, all of my personal belongings that were in the glove box removed and placed on the center console and broken clips on the floor board. I left it so they could clean it and came to pick it up the following day , not even half way home and the check engine light starts flashing! where is the quality control, you would think for someone who is paying a lot of money they would be going over the vehicle 2-3 times to ensure proper operation. zero quality control at this location , save your money and go somewhere else. not to mention the horrible customer service they have. got hung up on by *** in the middle of a conversation over the phone, went multiple days up to a week without any updates on the vehicle (not even a simple "hey we are still looking into the issue" ) and the advisor knew very little about the product, seemed like I talked more to the manager than the advisor and yet they still did not deliver. complete 0 stars for me at this location
