Contacted Milestone HVAC on 6/8/25 because my house was not cooling. The tech told me a connector was needed and proceeded to diagnose my system. On 6/14/25 my house went back to not cooling again and I had to contact another company to diagnose and they completed what the milestone tech missed. I spent nearly 1K with milestone, you'd think this company would be more thorough with their diagnostics.Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

I have already tried to discuss this with the company it self via email and have been ignored. They sent a tech out who flat out lied to me and my husband and left us in a precarious situation. We called in need of a plug for our stove because we were hardwired and our new appliance needed to be installed. The technician told us we didnt have a ground line and quoted over 3k to fix this. When we got a second opinion, who was there looking at a separate issue, they took one look and pointed out all the wires needed AND the very OBVIOUS ground line. The technician also didnt tell us we didnt have a plate cover or offer to put one on which apparently could have cause major issues due to wires being exposed. Im BEYOND disappointed. I understand an upsellyou need the more expensive vs the cheaper. But a blatant LIE AND it meant we had returned our desperately needed oven because we couldnt afford to add the ground line. Tech misrepresented what was needed to get our gas turned back on by *****. We had a very simple leak on the home side of meter that could be fixed in 5 minutes and just required some thread seal. Our Milestone technician said Atmos would require a pressure test at $1100 and a city permit at $500, neither of which was true. Atmos performs a pressure test themselves so this was a total scam and waste of money.Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Hi ****, I am sorry you did not feel appropriately cared for in your recent experience with us--definitely not our intent! By city code and our company policy, anytime a gas meter is locked out by Atmos it requires a gas test of the entire system, the city to inspect the work, and a green tag released to Atmos by the city. We have also contacted ***** on this. Out of care for our customers, as well as legal obligation, we take every gas leak seriously and will do everything possible to ensure the homeowner is safe and that everything we do is by code. Did not live up to their Milestone promise "Do what we say we going to do". Had signed agreement in place after speaking with Max and ***** for Aug. 24 date to perform work Aug. 27. Received call in AM 2 hours before service repair on day of service. That they cannot do what was agreed authorized as noted. Now i have lost day of pay taking off to be here. No show and still no ac repairs to "Help People" per their **************** addition called to speak with someone in upper management and was put on hold for 45 mins .Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Get a second opinion before performing any work with Milestone. They came out and told us we needed a new HVAC system and the conveniently they had excess inventory so they could give us a "great" deal. Subsequently we had 2 other companies inspect the unit and they found absolutely nothing wrong with the unit.Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

Price Gouging I contacted Milestone Plumbing because I had a leaking toilet and was not sure where the water was coming from in my guest bathroom. I would give the tech 5 stars . He found the leak right away. It was the 2 screws that attach the tank to the base of the toilet had rusted. He gave me a quote of $500.00 to install two screws that cost $7.00 at a local hardware store. I paid the $100.00 service fee and sent him on his way. I called someone else to ************** the leak he confirmed that the leak was coming from were the other tech had said. It took 30 minutes for him to make the repair and no leak. Milestone should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging. For this reason I do not recommend their services.Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

They replaced blower motor in the ** air handler $1600+. ** still does not work, tech left after I explained I was very unhappy. I was charged $1600+ dollars and my ** still does not work. They tried to push their electric department to see why my ** does not work(thought that was why I hired the ** department). I have no more money to pay an electrician. Received two calls 8/29/2023 at 12:48pm and 12:59pm. Received 4 calls 8/30/2023 the day of the service 7:49am 10:43am 2:23pm and 2:229pm. ** still does not work and I am $1600+ poorer.Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

We needed a bidet installed and a GFCI outlet to power the control panel for the bidet, this required an electrician (Noah) and a plumber (Brandon) with a plumbers helper (Travis). These gentlemen are assets to Milestone and never wasted a moment performing installation tasks like a well-oiled machine.
Noah and I discussed all the available options for the outlet installation and we decided to install a new breaker in the electric panel and run the wire over to the bidet location to install the GFCI outlet. Noah explained the differences between the green, blue, and regular breakers and the applications of those breakers and we chose a regular breaker with a GFCI outlet, which translates to a reset at the outlet if the circuit trips rather than a trek to the electric panel to reset the circuit.
Brandon and Travis started installing the bidet as Noah was working on installing the new run. Brandon thoroughly checked the plumbing connections for integrity and performed a service run on the various functions of the bidet. When Brandon was satisfied there were no water leaks from the installation, he demonstrated EVERY option on the bidet and saved the levels of heat, water pressure, and additional comfort settings as he cycled EVERY function on the bidet. I realize these gentlemen enjoy their work, and it's outstanding to see their enthusiasm while the job is in progress and their professionalism after completing the work. We will use Milestone for many more projects soon, and you have made a customer for life.
The precious person the bidet is for is starting chemotherapy and radiation treatments today. I believe comforts like this bidet can make stressful days more tolerable. I asked if the work was worth the expense, and the response I received was a hug with a whisper: "Thank You for thinking of me."

The technician spent three hours to evaluate my AC and made the condition of my **** system worse in order that I would use the company's services. The technician turned off the motor of my AC and my house got hotter than it originally was and he wanted to charge over $6000 to $4100. He would not tell me what he did to make the **** worse. I called two other companies and they said he shut off the motor so I would be forced to pay the high price. One place said the cost would be $1700 and the other place said the problem was the compressor needed to be cleaned and charged only $160. He said Milestone was out to get money on vulnerable naive customers and was one of the MOST expensive companies to use. My AC has worked well since the cleaning. This company lies and cheats. Now milestone is putting the blame on my AC not working properly and not owning up that they made it worse. That was my issue... that they shut off the motor so it could not cool at all!!! It was working better BEFORE they came out. I had to call another AC repair company who told me what Milestone did to make it worse. It's almost like extortion to get me to pay their exorbitant prices. Highly unethical not to mention price gouging!!!!Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing
