My family and I had moved into a property we are renting off of a man who works for this company. His name is Tom L****. He had us sign a lease without first conducting a property inspection. He told us everything was fine to move in said he would get us a cleaning crew. He did send a cleaning crew but they never finished the job, so my wife and I had to finish the cleaning. Come to then find out once we got the utilities on and working, that's when a faulty water pipe broke under my house. The gas sprung a leak as well, and for days it flooded the air in our home with gas. Luckily we hadn't been living here yet. We had to get the fire department in here in order to make things safe and livable. He conducted business by giving false advertisement on this location. These issues alone kept my wife and I from moving in for a solid month which disrupted our child and their school prep and my wife and I being able to transfer jobs. They also expect full rent(which is $1500) a month even though we havent even lived here a month in total. We already paid $3000 grand to be here.

This last weekend we had a major plumbing problem and it effectively made the toilets and showers unusable. It went on for days making it into a health risk. We sent Tom message after message, emails and called literally over a dozen times. He finally got back to us last Sunday night which made it 2 full days of not contacting us back, which allowed for our problem to become severe.

Tom also has to replace the washer and dryer units in the house because as advertised the units were supposed to be working and they don't. Told us that it isn't his responsibility. However, I informed him yes it is. To say you are providing something, then for that something to be grossly untrue, that is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT which is FRAUD.
