So last year in July a well known local Dallas store owner was advertising on ********* the sale of a highly sought after shoe (*****************************) the sale was for 53 pairs of shoes at $1,800 a pair. After talking the deal over me and 9 other friends all came up with a cash total of $95,400 for the entire 53 pair order. The deal was made at the Store Dojo Of Kickz. This was an all cash deal as preferred by the store owner Richard R*****. The expected shipment date for this order of shoes was 9-15-2021. It has been over a year and the store owner Richard is refusing to refund our original amount. Over the past year we have in constant contact with him and even gone to the store multiple times to figure out a full refund but at every opportunity he has either lied or just given us any excuse imaginable from health reasons, to car crashes, to fake business loans. We feel like this has been a massive case of fraud as he provided us with documents from customs in Chicago saying the shoes were stuck, then the shoes were shipped back to the original seller who Richard was sourcing them from, but still he refuses to refund us our full amount of $95,400.
