    I park in the Callowhill parking lot every day and pay $10. The garage uses a service entitled airgarage.com. I was told by the agent if we ever missed a day that our cards would be charged immediately to cover the charge for the day. Two days ago, I walked to my car to find a boot with a $123.89 ticket. I was told if I did not pay the fine plus return the boot, I would be charged $60 more making the total $183.89. I paid the ticket immediately and returned the boot immediately. I don't understand why I was not charged for the day violation of $10 and instead charged $183.89. This is robbery!! You have nowhere to send your dispute, so it makes it doubly hard to contact the company. The company prides itself on a "non-confrontational" approach and up sales for the client (garage owners) but what about the customers who pay daily? Where are our rights. Please report this so that others are aware of this injustice. Thank God I was able to cover the charge, but this is an awful amount of $$.

    The Tire Tag (payparkingtag.com) is not the company that manages the site where this individual received the citation. The Tire Tag (payparkingtag.com) is a citation management software that parking management companies utilize to for parking enforcement at their parking lots, garages, apartment complexes, HOA's, etc...

    The company that manages this site and issued this individual the citation is AirGarage. We do have a dispute process in place for violators to contact if they have received a citation in error from one of the parking management companies that utilize our parking enforcement software. This individual, did contact us through this method and they did receive a refund from the citation within 24 hour of payment for the citation. This documentation is included in the attachments directly from our payment processor Stripe. This refund was issued 6 days prior to any notification from the Better Business Bureau as the refund was issued on 1/19/23 and the contact from the Better Business Bureau was made on 1/25/23.

    This matter was resolved prior to any involvement of The Better Business Bureau and should reflect this way.

    Please acknowledge that we should not have received a complaint from the Better Business Bureau and that this matter has been resolved.
