  *****************************, D.O., Pediatrics, Part of the Lone Star Family Since 2016, and has been my daughters physician since she was born advised me in February 2024 of my daughters diagnosis. ******** has referred my to take her to multiple physicians in which the first 4, I did take her to including but not limited to seeing ******** for some testing as well. I have used up all PTO and requested FMLA form to be completed by ******** so I could still take my daughter to the last two referrals made by ********. I even scheduled an appointment with ******** to have form completed in which ******** took over a month to complete since she never completed the form at the appointment. ******** expressed taking my daughter to these referrals was a medical necessity; however, ******** refers to properly complete the form so I am even able to take my daughter to even see these referrals she deems necessary for my daughters health. ******** knows the importance of the form as she too herself uses FMLA for her own health. The refusal of completing the form for the medical attention ******** single-handedly determined is medically necessary for my daughters health is placing my daughter at risk. I would NOT suggest any parent to allow ******** to assess their child if ******** is not willing to provide the full medical attention and care needed for the health of children. I hope parents are never placed in the same situation as me where ******** will have nurses contact the parent and tell the parent to figure it out on their own. ******** should NOT allowed to practice with health in general of patients when she is going to create referrals and not help facilitate it by completing necessary paperwork for parents to meet the needs. I hope all children receive the proper care toward their health in which is NOT performed by ********.
