    The district manager for the **** **** store (2292) **** ***** is a horrible and abusive person to the former employees at that store. He was screaming and in the former assistant manager's (******** *******) face calling her a liar and belittling her in front of many other customers. She was trying to show him in the policy book that she was telling him the truth and that the tractor supply way of doing things was how she was conducting business. He was so hateful and abusive that a few other customers became very uncomfortable and left their shopping carts and walked out of the store. **** also told me he didn't want my business either. I have had the displeasure of seeing **** ***** in the Granbury store as well and he was absolutely ******* and saying untrue and nasty things about the **** **** store and the employees there to another employee at the ******** location. ****** ******* (**** fired him as well as 6 other managers in the district) ran the **** **** store and it was also clean, organized and run effectively with very few employees. The customer service in ***************** was EXCELLENT with ****** ******* running it. I went to the ************************************** supply for the exceptional customer service I always received. Since **** **** took over the store it is always dirty, a mess and the customer service is beyond AWFUL!!!!!!!! The new employees are rude, do not want to help customers and have no knowledge of the products they are selling. **** and **** have completely ruined the ***************** store in a matter of weeks. I will never set foot in another tractor supply store. These people are an absolute disgrace and corporate is allowing it. When you email corporate as well as the CEO you get a robot generic response so *** ****** never gets the complaints that he needs to hear about. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years and will never give tractor supply another ***** since they allow this to happen at their store levels.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have called the customer complaint line and nothing has been done to handle this situation.  **** physically and verbally abused the former assistant manager.  You have done nothing to him and you have allowed him to constantly lie to the higher *** and he has no knowledge of the products *** carries or the customers you serve.  He fired the store manager on false accusations, bragged about it and told the team lead that he gets a $5000 bonus per person he promotes from within.  You seriously need to investigate this district manager.  He is a very poor representative of tractor supply.  Regards,

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As a customer that witnessed this abuse and the rapid decline of the **** **** Store since **** has taken over I would like to know the outcome of the investigation as **** ******** who is the regional VP of this area was supposedly told of Treys assault on Billinda and nothing was done.  I should have contacted the police department at the time.  That would have a least started a paper trail TSC couldnt ignore.  You really need to fire **** and contact ****** ******* and ******** ******* and bring them back.  You also need to read the over 500 comments on the going on in **** **** ******** page with some much support going to ****** *******.  He had the best metrics in the district and **** who doesnt know the product or tsc customer fired him for being incompetent to run his store.  Thats completely untrue as **** **** under the supervision of ****** ******* was number one in the entire district and the customers LOVE him and how he took care of his customers.  **** doesnt lift a finger to help them.  Yall really have no idea what is going on at the store levels.
