    The "******" agrees to provide all utilities including specifically, electricity, gas, and internet service.During the approximate 13 months that I have leased an apartment my internet service had multiple weekly outages for the 1st 7 months, currently I have had no internet service for the last 7 weeks beginning on or around 9/15/23 my entire apartment block has been without internet service.I have shared with the official point of contact that I am disabled with chronic severe kidney disease and will be needing internet service for informational and monitoring of my multiple health conditions, including extreme spinal stenosis & multiple organ failures.Most of my communications with the official POC have went unanswered or resulted in "service will be restored tomorrow" promises.Apartment management has also failed to provide secured private mail delivery despite promises made upon my original occupancy of the apartment unit under lease.Lease has also failed to provide repairs to multiple defects in the leased apartment, including a water leak in the shower that migrates approximately 30' under the flooring all the way into the kitchen area creating a slipping hazard as well as a risk of electrical shock hazard.Leased has also failed to provide designated handicap parking to prevent other tenants from parking in the nearest parking spaces.Any help the BBB can provide in resolving these multiple health a safety issues would be greatly appreciated as the rental rates for this apartment complex are some of the most exorbitant in the area.I am currently attempting to find alternative housing as a final solution to these issues, but at best it will be several months before any other options are available.
