    Be careful. Chaos reigns. We began the quote process and felt cautious when there estimate was half that of two other companies. Their estimate also didnt reflect our discussion, but we were getting emails telling us we needed to pay a deposit in the next few days and we were getting communications from five different people. I emailed saying we were getting concerned and got what felt like a combative response - meanwhile it was clear no one person was in charge and until I heard from a sixth person, I dont think anyone had read any email completely. I responded, politely, saying that. I got two more emails from them - one from a new person (one of the total six) from someone who had read at least my final email, apologized and sent me the correct information. Ion the heels of that I got an email from one of the directors saying they were closing our account and that was it. Im grateful it went that way - it feels to me that they realized we werent going to be bulldozed so we werent worth dealing with. So, as said, if you want to deal with them, go carefully.
