      They resolved the matter. Had to go all the way up to the operations manager but they finally corrected it.

      - When: paid half in October 2021, half upon completion around February of 2022.
      - Amount: total, about $24,000.
      - The business committed to: providing me a new (one-trip) shipping container with basic foam insulation, electrical wiring, two sliding glass doors, free from any damage.
      - Nature of dispute: upon the first rain after the delivery, the container was leaking water from several different places. There were 8-10 holes on the roof, basically every place they had welded from the inside they welded holes through the ceiling. Also, the container was delivered with two plastic placards advertising their business, with 4 holes (rivets) on both sides of the container. It has been determined that these holes are leaking water, causing damage to the insulation, flooring, et cetera.
      - The business has offered no actual assistance or compensation for the hundreds of dollars of materials, time, fuel and so on required to repair the damage done to this otherwise good and new container. About two months ago I reached out to them and provided evidence of the problems (*** ***************************************** ), they claimed to be working on finding someone to repair the unit but nothing ever came of it. This has caused me a lot of issues and expenses, and as a result I am not confident I can rely on this unit as I had intended. For such a large purchase, I expected more from the company but in the end I just received a box with a bunch of holes in it and empty words in their warranty.
      - My name and address should be sufficient for them to reference their records.
