I purchased an online parent taught driving course for my teen about a month ago and just in the last couple days my son started the course. We noticed we are missing part of the classroom instruction and try to get support from the company. However the the phone numbers listed no longer work and there is no email or chat available. The course looks like someone filmed home videos from a cell phone years ago. When I search online for the business office there is a message it is temporarily closed. Im seeking reimbursement for my payment and to warn others not to get scammed with this company.

    *******************,

First let me apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you or your son.  I know it is frustrating when you purchase something and it doesnt provide the exact need that you require.  Unfortunately, when you were selecting a course for your son, you selected the wrong course.  He is required to take 32 hours of classroom and 44 hours of drive time.  You purchased the course for the In-car only.  This course is for people who dont need the entire course, it is designed for people who send their students through a driving school for the classroom and decide to teach the 44 hours of drive time by themselves.  This In-Car-Only course serves that purpose.

Because you were confused and you had a hard time reaching us, I would like to offer you the entire course for free.  This course you will see if very much updated and will provide everything you will need to get your students license.

When you log back on, you will see some different icons.  Just click on the Learners Permit course and start from there.  If you have any questions along the way, please give me a call at ************.  Again, Im sorry for the trouble but we can get your son through this in no time and he will have his learners permit in a few days

    Sincerely,
