This company Four19Properties LLC using our private information for the business! We did not give our name, address, phone numbers and etc to them! But they using our names and phone number and email ! Now they harassing us and forcing to sell our property, which is Not for sale! And we did not looking for sale it!!

We do not have you in our system as we have not received any request from you via mail, phone call, email, etc. to take you off the mailing list. I am happy to put this request in for you, but again, I do not have your mailing address. Repeated unsolicited contact (harassment) regarding real property NOT listed for sale. I have continued to receive telephone calls from various non-active VoIP numbers and a multitude of mailers after refusing / returning to sender and also instructing sender to cease and desist all co tact as the real property is not and has never been listed for sale.Business Response

Sorry for any frustration our advertisement has caused. We have not received any request from you via mail or phone call to take you off the mailing list. We will however put this request in right away. Please note, this request may overlap any mail that is already scheduled, so if you receive something else from us in the next couple weeks please disregard and know there will be no more moving forward. Also, we do not make outbound calls as a company so any calls you have received were not from our company. I am rejecting this response because: I have NEVER initiated any contact with this business or affiliate businesses; therefore, my information should not be included on any unsolicited mailing lists as the real property in question is not and has never been listed for sale. Stop selling my information or purchasing lists with unsuspecting property owners personal information as this is a form of harassment.
