    We brought my son home from the hospital on Saturday September 14. The following day he wanted to take a bath. While the bathtub that we had made him feel good it took two of us to get him out. He has no mobility in his right leg due to his cancer. Monday morning I began looking for a walk-in tub. I could not find any around *********** or ***********. We had a friend suggest looking around the Dallas market. I ended up calling Best Buy Walk In Tubs. I explained my situation that I needed a tub like yesterday. My sales guy ***** ********* said he would call me back shortly. He said he would have it ready by Thursday morning. Through text messages back and forth they ended up having it ready for me Wednesday morning. We were so excited. We got the tub to *********** on Wednesday night and my son took a bath in it on Thursday night. I am so appreciative of ***** and what he did at Best Buy Walk In Tubs. For what he was able to help me do for my son five stars isnt enough! Ten Stars!!

    We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower. Quick and professional customer service and installation. They corrected our drainage issue and replaced the water damaged framing. They did such a phenomenal job we are having them install a walk-in in our other bathroom. 10 stars ??

    I want to provide a glowing endorsement of ********************* and the people who helped my wife and I get our new tub. Our salesman, *****************************, was wonderful to work with. He was persistent in following up but without being annoying like so many other sales people can be. Our installer, ***** and his son ******, did a phenomenal job! They adapted to several odd situations with our old tub (the original builder cut some corners) and they were able to install our new walk-in tub in less than one full day. They were professional, friendly, and they left our house cleaner than when they arrived!My wife and I love our new walk-in tub! We are recommending Best Buy to all our friends.
