      I've them 3 different times...EVERY time, the tech is professional, knowledgable, and efficient. The offer insight into proactive maintenance to prevent repairs. I HIGHLY recommend you calling them!

      We had a problem with our GECafe refrigerator. Chris and his team came to the house to fix the issues. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We got honest answers and an evaluation on the issues with the refrigerator. The refrigerator had to be replaced but we did not waste money on repairs that would not have resolved the issues. If we ever need appliance work, we will call CAS Appliance Repair first. Chris and his team responded quickly to our calls.

      Quick to schedule initial appointment and follow up service call initially, but tech arrived for repair and informed wrong compressor was ordered and had to find correct part. Poor customer service after that despite having paid half of the repair cost up front so parts could be ordered. I had to initiate every call to see if part was found and how long before repair could be done, only to be told by customer service that there were no notes, but that the owner, would call me back which never happened. **************** was very nice but after getting no replies, I finally contacted the tech who initially came out to do the repair, who did reply and was able to give me a time when the compressor would be in an and a day and time the repair could be done. The tech seemed very knowledgeable, was polite and courteous, and no issues with the work done. Tech followed up the next day to make sure the ice maker was working. Price seemed reasonable and better than buying a new fridge, and overall satisfied with work done, but overall communication from the company needs to improve which is why I did not give 5 stars.

      Needed my dad's microwave repaired. CAS was the only company that provided same day service. Technician arrived promptly. He was very polite and courteous. Cleaned up after.wards. We will be using CAS again if we need any other appliances repaired.

      These are the people to call!! Excellent FAST service. Repaired my dryer when others told me it could not be fixed. Very knowledgeable and professional. My go-to appliance people!!!

      They were prompt, and extremely helpful. They required an upfront payment of the diagnosis fee, so I was dubious. But they showed up right away and got my washing machine sorted.

      I did not get a recorded message when I called. Within one hour of the physical call, two repair men were at my home. They were courteous, and efficient. They fixed my LG dryer, cleaned up behind themselves, then left. Perfect!
