      I contracted with Bath Masters of North Texas to replace an existing walk-in tub for a regular tub. The agreed upon price with a discount was $6864. I made a $3000 cash down payment and arranged to finance the balance with ********. When the job was completed on June 25th, I authorized what I thought was the remaining balance of $3864 to be paid via the Greensky account. What I was not aware of at the time, was that Bath Masters had already drawn $1432 from the ******** account on May 15th. So at the time of job completion, I actually only owed $2432. I have been calling and leaving messages for nearly 2 months now trying to get Bath Masters to credit the $1432 back to the ******** account. The messages are supposedly given to the Project Manager as he is supposedly the one who will need to handle this. Bottom line, Bath Masters owes me $1432--not even to mention the interest I'm paying on that additional amount.

      Thank you for responding.  I have made weekly calls to this company before and since I opened the BBB complaint. I finally got a response from the project manager in the late july, early August time frame. He said he was working with GeenSky to get the account credited.  Needless to say that has not happened. I finally opened a complaint case with ******** on October 17th.  They are assisting with this issue and reaching out to the company on my behalf. I am waiting on a follow-up call from them. At this point, I don't know what else to do, short of hiring an attorney. I feel like Bathmasters has stolen from me and continually lied to me.

      This issue was finally resolved in December 2024.  After numerous calls to Bathmasters, leaving numerous messages, I was finally able to seek help from Greensky.  

      I presented Bathmasters valid evidence of the fact that I had overpaid them. The manager acknowledged that.  It should have been a simple matter of refunding what I overpaid. Either the company had the money available or they didn't.  My view is that they didn't and was just prolonging the situation until they had available funds.  In the meantime, I'm stuck paying interest on the extra amount.

      Needless to say I will never, ever use this company again or recommend them to anybody...not even to someone I didn't like.

      The nature of this complaint is to have Bath Masters honor renovation completion of a bath shower. The salesperson promised renovation for a bath ledge outside of the shower and did not honor the work and material needed to complete the renovation.The manager is aware and have attempt to resolve the issue, but I had to reach out multiple times for him to take action. He is lacking customer relationship skills, and cannot commit to a date as to when the issue will be resolved. The only person who is dependable is the person who works in customer service.
