    I took my 18 ******* to this shop this month around January 10th to have repairs done. I spoke to the mechanic ***** about the issues and after he called me back after looking at the problem we agreed that to fix the issue it would be ****, he called back a few days later to let me know it would be an extra 400 for hoses that needed replacing. I agreed to the price of ****. Today January 27, 2023 ***** called to say my truck was ready and that it would be over ****. This is not what we agreed to and he didn't let me know of any other repairs that he did or needed to be done beyond the hoses and our last conversation. I spoke with ***** again and without my knowledge or agreement he worked on things and claimed to have fixed things I didn't know needed to be fixed. He didn't let me know anything. Our last conversation was about the hoses and it would be 400 dollars on top of the ****. When I go to pick my truck up he said it would be over ****. I want this company investigated and this issue resolved because I didn't agree nor did we discuss any other issues and to be surprised with a few thousand over what he told me is a rip off and I need my truck but they won't give it to me until the over **** is paid. Please help me resolve this ASAP!

    January 13,2023 ******************************* brought his truck into our shop and stated there was coolant in the fuel tank. Prior to bringing the truck in, ****************** asked for an estimate which we gave him and finally agreed on of $2500 for the head repair only. All other amount is due to our shop labor cost and parts needed for this job, which all has to do with the original repair. Diesel was included due to us having to drain and clean out the tank from the coolant that was inside. An invoice will be included in the attachments for you to review the details. unexpected issues also came about where original bolts were rusted and unable to properly remove so shop labor was performed on service to drill and take out the old rusted bolts, resulted in having to make new thread on the exhaust manifold. During the entire process we did keep contact with ****** and explained why other parts were needed. He came to the shop to pickup the truck when complete and we went over the invoice together. He stated himself that he misunderstood the agreement, we did what he could to help and lowered the price.
