    I purchased a long block Marine engine it lasted 31 hours. I got a replacement and received a check for $850 after spending $7,000 putting it in. The second engine they replaced it with came defective bad gasket and bad lifter which we were given permission to fix it cost me $2,060 to even get this engine ready to get in the boat this second engine was sent defective. They are saying they are paying me $50 in labor and I'm not even sure if they're even going to pay for the replacement parts. This is totally unacceptable I should the reimbursed for the entire $2,000 because they sent me a second defective engine. They should also be paying me for the reinstallation of the second engine. This company should not be in business. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company. I spent over $20,000 on this company

    They send a bad remanufactured motor out and expect you to pay to fix it while the warranty thinks about reimbersing the full amount (which by the way, the labor rate they use is for ***** not for ********** which is more than double). The motor i receiced had bad lifters. Only drove it 60 miles before parking it so no damage occurs while i figure out my next steps. Warranty process is a nightmare. There is no quality control and if they sleep at night knowing they send out bad motors, not really a company you should trust. I am normally one who doesn't believe reviews at first glance but having experienced what most reviews have said, I wish I went somewhere else.

    Bought engine and road maybe twice in the car before oil started mixing with the gas. Being charged **** for engine replacement, but they are only paying $900.00. Very disappointed. Taking food out of my familie smouth.

    Is it possible to give them less than 5 stars? I purchased and installed one of their engines and drove the truck for a whole 23 miles. Then it locked up. I have an idea of what happened and I thought I was smart enough to buy the warranty. Well, the warranty is worthless. You cant get ahold of anyone with the company at all. I waited up to 45 minutes on their answering system only to finally get a customer service rep who transferred me to a mechanic who has to approve the work. Well, they never picked up and I eventually was disconnected. I have no idea how these people are in business. In the end, I fear that I will either have to get an attorney involved or go after the parts store that sold it to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! You have been warned!
