This company is awesome, though and through. I needed several maintenance issues resolved and was directed to Garage Concepts through our home warranty, and thus skeptical of the quality Service I would receive. From my first contact with their office I became very comfortable this was a great company. Everyone I spoke to was very professional, responsive, and kind. It was very clear to me the customer was their number one focus. On the day of the repair, serviceman ********************* arrived promptly in the designated time frame. When he found out the repair would require more than originally anticipated, he immediately made contact with the office to get an authorization from the warranty company to proceed. He committed to extend his day to go pick up the parts needed and come that evening to complete the repair. Unfortunately, the mfg. gave him the wrong motor so the job could not be completed that evening as planned. He showed up early the next morning with the correct part and worked quickly to get the job completed. He even stayed an extra few minutes to see all my remotes and keypad were programed. I will be using Garage Concepts from now on, and make sure to request ***** as my technician. Thank you!!!!
