From written estimate through LM Quiet Belt Opener and conversion kit install, the process was effortless. All documents were electronic and contained measurements and photos. Between technician ***** and the service manager, all my questions were addressed. ***** was professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with.

I contacted Veteran Garage Door Repair in April of 2023 for a garage door conversion and to install 2 garage door openers. After 3 months, the cables came off on my garage door and the door was half way open. I called their number on the warranty sticker on my door and they said that they do not offer emergency repairs and to call another company. Even though, the warranty sticker stated same day service, I was told to make an appointment for 3 days later. I called another company for a repair and they stated that the installation of the conversion was incorrect and the spring had to be replaced. The wrong spring was installed and the torque bar was 2 pieces connected together when it should have been one solid bar. I paid Veteran Garage Door Repair over **** dollars for their work and their work did not last 3 months, they would not offer an emergency repair, and they stated that the warranty is now not valid because another company repaired their work. I will gladly never use this company again.
