    I dropped my vehicle off to a mechanic by the name of a ****** at this location to get fixed turns out the mechanic I dropped my vehicle off to at this shop isnt an employer upon going to pick my vehicle up i asked the guy of the shop what was I charged being that it was a misunderstanding and no paperwork we verbally agreed to $1100 to retrieve my vehicle on Tuesday Nov. 28 on Friday December first I received a text message stating that they had spoken with my insurance company and they were demanding the entire check of $3400 plus $1000 totaling $4400 to retrieve my vehicle. I went back to the shop that following Monday and my car is gone from premises Shop stated he put it in storage police was called and got a recording on the owner stating I owe $1900 with no receipts or paperwork all he produced was the insurance estimate which is not needed. Now hes saying he has a lawyer and I have to pay the full balance which was not what we agreed to upon him fixing my vehicle. Police couldnt do a report however everything was recorded and on the recording you can hear him say I should have paid the $1100 that day laughing in my face. *** never felt so violated and helpless in my life

    To whom it may concern, we made a deal with the insurance regarding *************************** automobile repair caused by a car accident she was in. she made a deal with this man named ******, who does not work for us, he  in fact does not have a tax id number, and she knew that. we believe her plan was to pay him a short amount and keep the rest of the money sent from the insurance, which is illegal. we never had a verbal agreement between us from the start, we tried reaching out a couple times, but she didn't seem interested, were guessing since had made a "deal" with ****** she dint care to talk to us. we tried cooperating with her, but she did not comply. in fact she came to our business and got aggressive with us twice, and after that, she called the cops twice, and the cops weren't dealing with her nonsense, so they didn't take her seriously. the second time she called the cops she tried accusing us for stealing her vehicle, when the whole time we had moved it to storage in our other location down the street, since we didn't have space to keep it here. lastly we had to cooperate, and we reduced the price of the labor we did, so we could get rid of this drama at hand that was brought to us. we had never dealt with a client like this in the many years we have been in this business, and were just glad its over, and we hope this client does not come back, or does this to someone else.
