      On April 9, 2025, I called and made a payment to this company. I did advise them that I would call back and send another payment on April 15, 2025. I called and spoke with ******* and she informed me that they no longer have the account and it was deleted from their system. How can that be will the manager from ************ called and set everything up. These people are piranha's. They do not help anyone. I even found out that the vehicle that I was paying on was not pulling up in either credit report. These people are liars and they harass you. They lied and said that they called me over the weekend. I looked at my call log and never had a missed call from them. Whatever you do, if they are the financing company on any car loan, run! Do not accept any loans from them. Yes, I was late several times. I just want the money back that I put into this vehicle. $4800

      SAS Strategic Automotive Services I have my auto loan through this place (not by choice) and all they do is harass you. It doesnt matter if your payment is one day late, or not even due at all yet. I received an email yesterday on 2/21 stating the following:DEFAULT / ACCELERATE This notice is being sent to you because you are in default under your Agreement, which is secured by the *********** are late in making your payment. We have accelerated the outstanding balance under the Agreement and it is all now due and payable. If you do not pay us the outstanding balance we may exercise our rights under the ****** payment isnt even due until the 26th of the month so how can it be late?? This is the worse loan company I have ever had and I do NOT recommend them to anyone!! Personally I think they should be shut down!Im not looking for any kind of settlement. I just want to be left the h*** alone if Im making my payments on time!

      Bought a car from one of the dealerships in ******** of called *****************. I paid 2000 on 10/29/2024 with cash app to the dealer. I then paid 593 on 10/31 on chime to the dealer. On the contract it does not state I paid 2000 but 1750. I did go to jail for 1 month and they were fully aware of this and proceed to take money from my wife. After finally catching up ******* texted and said they are going to have to still repo the car because I was incarcerated even though they were fully aware weeks before and took money payment. I got released the very next day. They we were on the repo list because they could not do some bull c*** welcome call. We did the call just for them to say we still.owe 300..I asked how and they said it was a payment missing from November. I told them we sent ******* from ***************** our first months payment because she refused to let me leave the lot until I did. I send them the transaction id and the code and other things they requested. They called me about week later and made it seem like I was lying and asking why I didn't get a receipt. Being my first time getting a car in my name and seeing my wife get cars I know this is not normal and most reputable car companies don't give receipts as everything is stated on the contract. They keep harassing me and threatening me along with ******* about repoing my car even though I am current.

      This issue has been resolved - ************* has provided all receipts; this customer is in good standing and all payments have been applied.  There is no money past due & the next payment is due on 2/28/2025.  There is not any repossession activity being taken by Strategic Automotive Servicing LLC.

      I have paid them money for my collateral protection which is like *************** Someone ran a red light hit my car . I communicated with them that the other insurance company will handle it once I get the report . Took a week for report , informed them I got it . Was communicating with other insurance company . They took it upon themselves without asking me and moved the vehicle and I knew nothing about . I asked repeatedly why they took it . They then put on my account the car was abandon and it wasnt , they didnt have to pick up my vehicle no communication with me . Then I asked ****** ***** to give me a call back 3 times no called has been returned . They wont even tell me when my total loss check came or if it even did .

      We have advised the consumer on multiple occasions that the insurance claim is still in process and that the total loss payoff has not been received yet.  If this customer would like to file a complaint the correct party would be ACACIA Insurance, as they have yet to release the total loss funds to resolve this account.  As to the location of the collateral, it is common practice for the insurance company to take possession of the collateral during the total loss process.  This is a baseless and frivolous complaint that has no merit.

      I was calling to make a payment they wouldn't take my card and when I asked for a supervisor he was verbally abusive and only credited me a late fee. They claim you have a 10 day grace ****** but that's a lie. I was in the hospital then the car broke requiring $800+ to fix it. The supervisor didn't care. Said he'd refund my money but the car would be repo'd this is after being late on ONE payment. These people should lose their BBB accreditation. This all happened 04/29/2023.

      We certainly understand that consumers encounter challenges and sincerely hope that circumstances get better for this consumer.

      Unfortunately this consumer was unable to fulfill the terms and conditions of their contract.  Should they continue to carry this account in default, repossession is the legal remedy afforded to secured creditors to cure this matter.
