    Konanian medical supplies continues to file a claim with ******** for $2050 dollars. I do not know this company- never used them or their supplies. This I believe is an attempt at ******** fraud. I call company- they do not have a working number. I have called ******** twice to report the failed charges.

    I, like the other complainants on this site, receive an EOB today which shows $12,000 + in charges for intermittent catheters. I have never had the need for this and did not receive any such equipment.I called my insurance company and when the person helping me looked up the claim, his first words were, " We know this company and this is insurance fraud."The leaders of this merry band of thieves needs to spend time behind bars.

    I have never heard of Konaniah Medical Equipment. When you call their number of ************* it states that the number has been changed and is unknown.The company has billed ******** for equipment I have never needed. Described as 200 Intermittent urinary catheter, with insertion supplies (A4353-KX) on each occurrence. Dates and charges as follows:January 24, 2023 - $2050.00 February 23, 2023 - $2050.00 March 27, 2023 - $2050.00 April 26, 2023 - $2050.00 June 12, 2023 - $2050.00 July 12, 2023 - $2050.00 I notified ******** of the fraudulent charges. I have also notified my supplemental insurance.

    Konaniah Medical Equipment @ *********************************************************** charged my ****************** for "200 intermittent urinary catheters with insertion supplies" on 4 separate days- Feb 15, March 17, April 17, & May 17, 2023. The claim stated this equipment was ordered by ***********************. My ****************** paid them $1,461.38 for each claim totaling $5,845.52!!!!! I, myself, paid them nothing. I called ******** fraud **** and they said they will investigate it. I just read other complaints and it looks like this company has done the same thing to other people also. That company must be stopped!!!For the resolution, I would want them to pay ******** back.

    2023 Konaniah Medical Supply is billing for 200 catheters per month. This is total fraud since I dont use catheters. I have reported them to ******** twice. The phone number they list is no longer in service.

    Received statements from Fed BCBS and ******** for services not provided. One for 8200 and another for 1400. Catheters and medical equipment from Jan to April 2023. Account ********. Will not pay this fraudulent company. Should be shut down and fined for doing this.

    Konaniah Medical charged my insurance for 6 months of incontinence supply from June 5, 2023 through November 5, 2023, although all 6 charges are just now showing up on an EOB from BCBS. They are designated out of network, so I have received paperwork stating that I now owe them $24,300. However, I have never heard of this company until now, much less received anything from them. Incontinence has never been an issue in my family, so this stands out as clearly fraudulent.

    Company is billing ******** Part B using my name. I have never used this company nor the items they are billing for. Tried to call the number, it said it had been changed and there was not a number available.I will file an appeal with ********.This is the second time they have charged ******** using my name
