    I contracted with rubarocUSA(aka vulcan surfacing) to do a coating around our pool. After months of his excuses, he offered us a refund, which we accepted. as of this date he still makes excuses of why he can't refund us at this time.

    I paid to have my pool decking resurfaced by Vulcan Surfacing in April 2022. The service was sold with a 10 year warranty. I contacted the company in May 2023 to file a warranty claim and have gotten no response from the company. I would like for the company to contact me to review the warranty claim and repair the damage due to faulty installation practices.

    In June of 2021 we had a rubber surface installed around our pool area that we contracted with this company to do. There was an issue half way through the process and as a result of that there is clearly a line in the middle of the pool area. I was told over and over again that they were going to come back and repair the work but they never did.

    We are regretful for the issues this customer has experienced and intend to take care of their concerns, however at this time our local office in the Dallas area has temporarily closed due to covid related circumstances beyond our control and as soon as we have staffing available in the area, we will schedule a visit. We truly appreciate the customers patience with us.

    We had our pool deck and patio area covered with Rubaroc. The installed product bubbled up at a joint area they had covered. The techs came out and attempted to repair it but now it looks ten times worse than the original problem. We were also told that the product would not stain. As you can see from the picture I attached the product stains. At this point there are so many stains the whole deck looks terrible. I have attempted to contact the company for follow up to my issues with no luck. They won't return my calls or emails. There was even a point when a new manager called after many months of no contact. She said she had joined the "new" company as they had changed names and management. This ended up with the same no contact situation as with previous employees.
