    I acquired their services in January of 2023. It was a simple job to move a sign from one location to another. Located literally two doors from each other. They moved the sign but never did the electrical. Its been 8 months and the job is still not done. They used inclement weather as an excuse for the first quarter of the year and then she tried to tell me it was my business hours in the second quarter. I am open from 10 AM to 6:30PM 7 days a week. They have rescheduled me multiple times now and electrical is still not done. Sign is not lit as it should have been.

    Hello,

    I need to speak with someone in regards to this. Fastsigns is a national franchise and are independently owned and operated centers. This customer is not linked to my center. Therefore, I need this case resolved and any effect it has had on my BBB rating cleared.
