    Previously an issue arose out of misinformation regarding the total remaining balance of my car payments. I requested receipts documenting my payment history and such said request has been rejected even up until this present date.Associates at the finance company are adding additional fees for unreasonable purposes.Proof of such said actions are attached where agent ****** was emailed proof of insurance, but yet he harasses me by adding additional fees for insurance, even after he received proof that I am in fact already properly insured. Where they refuse to provide receipts, I have no documented proof of balance.Therefore even though I am making payments, theyre effectively aiming to force me to pay more for my vehicle than initially agreed. Any and all help provided in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated, both please & thanks.*******************************
