    I have an Enterra home and it is my second attempt to replace the big glass in my Master Bedroom. The 1st year, the glass had a defect and installers were sent out . Unfortunately, the installers realized hat they needed 4 people to properly install. Another appointment was made and 4 installers were sent to install the glass. Less than a year later the same new glass is also experiencing similar defects. I submitted a claim, the glass was ordered and the appointment was setup. The installers come again with two installers because the job takes 4 people to install and now I'm have to reschedule again. This service is unacceptable. Defected glass is being installed and there is no communication on the # of workers who need to install the glass. This creates a scheduling conflict for me as the homeowner.

    My windows crack for no reason and have not been covered under warranty. We have had this happen on several different sections of glass. We also have a window that has streeking in the inside of the glass from manufacturing. we purchased these windows on Friday, Aug 6, 2021, when the issues started right away. Its been a common problem from the day we took delivery.
