I could not have been more pleased with Restoration 1 Lone Star when I had some flooding due to the heavy rains. ****** and ***** who worked dispatch made sure a team made it to me as soon as possible. When ***** and **** arrived they were very polite and professional. They explained how they were going to handle the water extraction and set about the job of drying my rooms out. Every one communicated with me throughout the entire process making sure I was kept informed. **************** is a dying action with the majority of companies these days, but it is alive and well at Restoration 1 Lone Star. Thank you ***** and **** for doing a stellar job and thanks too ****** and ***** for your work on the front end, If you are in need of water extraction don't hesitate to give them a call!*********************** - Grand Prairie
