    Im within my 30 days of starting a protection plan I have attempted to cancel the protection plan by written notice, email and phone. The emails are returned and there is no interaction with a person to cancel the policy per the contract terms. I would like to cancel my plan effective immediately as I have the legal right to do so.

    I purchases a vehicle from ****************** ********* on 12/09/22. During the process I was sold an extended warranty plan, I was reluctant to purchase because I have never heard of Talanton Protection, Inc. The Finance Manager informed me if I did my research and for whatever reason I was not satisfied, I had 30 days to receive a full refund. After doing my research I decided to cancel so I contacted Talanton on 12/15/22 and told them I wanted the policy. They sent me a form and I sent the form back the same day with all the necessary information. The form states the refund (in this case sent back to my lien holder) should arrive within six weeks. On the sixth week I once again contacted Talanton and I was told the policy as of 1/25/22 has not been cancelled. I also sent a message to my original contact but have not had a response. As of tomorrow we will be beyond the six weeks, there is no reason this should have not been handled in a more timely manner.
