      On the week of ******h of November.i called to Make an appointment to see Dr **** at North Texas Orthopedics on Heritage Trace Fort Worth . I spoke to s scheduler and I told her I have a HMO through ***** which doesn’t require a referral. Both my husband and I had been there previously to which they made me wait 2 hours in the waiting room stating the same. They finally said oh you don’t need a referral. No apology nothing. So this lady went into Kevin’s chart and told me the letter was there to which she made the appointment. On the **th if November i got a call from Brittany the manager at his facility telling me I heard a referral to which I said I do not then she replied in a heightened voice YOU DO so I got angry and said give me your email and I’ll sent you the letter and I did. So I called ***** got hold of a lady she said yes you do not need a referral. So she tried to call they wouldn’t answer so she left a message. So I called spoke to the scheduler who also was rude she told me I need a referral and if I come without one I don’t he seen. But on a call prior she said I didn’t need a referal only if I was on ******** I loudly said I don’t I will get my insurance to call again. So after sending the letter through email I heard nothing so today I call ***** again she called and we spoke to this so called Manager Brittany. The rep told her I do not need a referral to which she replied why did the providers say she did. The rep told her I don’t know I just know Ms ******* does not need a referral. She was quite rude towards me and told me to let the rep speak which I was. She asked about the pilot program to which I answered that no longer exists she ignored my reply and asked it again to which the rep said I’ve been here 4 years I’ve never head of it to which I replied because ur no longer exists. I told her to do her job and was seeking an apology she hung up. She hung up on me 3 times This is not acceptable Kindest Regards . Kim *******
