    I found this place online it was perfect given I have an infant that is barley walking. This place catered to his age. Plus I was exploring for upcoming events/ birthday parties for my kids. But the place was the worst to be honest. This people in the counter were honestly the only superb customer service. As soon as I got there I get checked in. Im 8 months pregnant going through ALL the paperwork for my 6 kids took forever! The front desk guy was an ***** throughout the process. But at the end he asked which kids, need socks. I given I had never been there came in flats with no socks. Got socks for the missing kids not myself given how it was asked to me. As soon as I make entry to the play area old lady in the kitchen comes storming up to me from far screaming YOU NEED TO GET OUT AND GET SOCKS NOW! mind you I have again 6 kids, Im NO CHILD. She comes to the front behind me as if Im a child in trouble telling front desk about me. Then as the day progressed kids playing shes staking out baby area were my infant was playing as soon as she saw one of my older kids come in to ask a question to me she came running again telling my 6 year old to leave it was the crawling area 4 and under. I was done up to this point I went up to her and told her next time they need to tell people the ground rules up front given there so **** about everything done there. She said they have a sign outside I could read. Lol mind you Im 8 months pregnant, triple digits outside.
