If I could give less than one star I would have. I bid on a few items at a booth at a game with the expectation that I would have the same experience I have had with other companies that have signed sports memorabilia on auction. Most of these companies have been auctioning on behalf of March of ***** or some other non-profit. When I win an auction, they contact me, tell me which auction I won, and provide me a link to go to the website and purchase the items I "won" at the lower price I bid at the auction. That is the win-win for me. I get a piece of sports memorabilia at a lower price. With Gameday Connexion, I got a cryptic text and voicemail telling me I won auctions at the game and could I call back and pay them for the items so they could send them out. No indication of which items, how much they were, nothing. Just, we need a payment method and all of your address info. As I was traveling for holidays and work, it took some for me to come back. When I asked what items, the rude *** berated me, told me I owed them $649+ and challenged me to honor my bids (still no indication of which things I won). When I asked her to provide me a list of the items I won and the amount per item, so I could pay for those pieces I was interested in, she rudely refused by simply saying "don't ever bid on our items again". Incredible!I responded that there was no worry of that. In fact, I would advise nobody spend their hard earned money with this company. Their aggressive collection tactics and communications border on abusive. It's almost as if they don't realize they are working with customers that have other choices for buying sports memorabilia. And THIS customer will never buy anything from ********************** after my experience.
