    I had my generator installed on April 16th. As of today, June 3rd, I still do not have my wifi on the generator working. Justin has been out a couple of times and can't get the generator to connect to my wifi. I do not have a mesh wifi system, so there really is no reason for it not to connect. Juston even tried a new wifi board and it still won't connect. The last time Justin was out here on May 17th, he said he was going to try and get me a Generac wifi moduler that is a seperate piece, used for earlier model generators that had no wifi connectability. Justin promised me he would keep in touch with me, on what he was going to try and get done. As of today,June 3rd, I have yet to hear from Justin or Steve. For the money I spent on this generator, they sould be taking care of their customers better. Not happy with Generator Geeks and their staff. My mistake was paying the second invoice, until the wifi was up and running. They have my money, so they are in no hurry to make me a happy customer. Buyer beware!!

    Generator is working fine - not all wi-fi work with Generac’s mobil link - it maybe a security setting with customers wi-fi . We even tried a second wifi chip to make sure it wasn't defective. we offered customer an LTE unit which would allow them to hook generator to their phone. There is nothing we as a Generac Service center could do besides offer the LTe unit - we discounted the price of the generator because their son had done some plumbing work for us - so I dont have any further room to just give away the wi fi unit .
