Sold me a defective ac condenser ( they knew my opinion before they installed)drag the issue for 5 weeks **************** was poor , didnt update me ,intimidated me Threw the problem over to other ac company they fixed the problem but they were rude too Blamed Covid for the problem thats why manufactured problems , really ??Unprofessional

This was an unfortunate situation between our company and this homeowner. The equipment we installed was/is operating according to the manufacturer standards by heating and cooling the residence accordingly. The issue at hand was when the compressor shut off it would make a slight clicking noise for a brief moment. ************** was able to diagnose a weak valve in the compressor, which did not affect how the **** system operated. To provide the best customer service, it was recommended to replace the outdoor unit under warranty. Our office filed a claim and provided documentation to support the outdoor unit replacement. Unfortunately, this is not a quick and easy process for the reported issue, as the unit was operating per manufacturer standards. During this time, the homeowner grew impatient with the claim review process. Our office answered every phone call received by this homeowner, provided updates when available, and allowed the homeowner to roughly construct to the staff on what they wanted done on each interaction. It was determined by the business owner and equipment supplier to hire a non-biased company to replace the warranty outdoor unit after it was approved by the manufacturer to provide this homeowner with the best customer service experience.Review fromGatha M
