A couple months back in like April I took the 2014 ***** cruze in to get it fixed because I was told that the car had an oil leak that oil was leaking into the engine and the o2 sensors needed to be replaced and per their contract I paid the 75 dollars to get it fixed but when I got it back and the codes where ran the problem wasn't fixed and and now it has caused a lot more problems and the car won't start. They sold me a car with the check engine light on in the first place just turned the light off so I wouldn't know so who knows how long this problem even started.

On June 21, 2019 I, *************************** purchased a car from **********************. The car was a 2008 Mercury Milan Used vehicle. After paying my last payment on the vehicle in 2021, immediately after 30 days I contacted Car-Mart ofGreenville to see what we're my options for obtaining my vehicle's title document. The front desk personnel would ask for my name and would look to verify that I had paid off the vehicle. Next they would put me on hold and make upthe excuse that they had moved office locations and that their personnel had accidentally misplaced the title document and that they would call me back to let me know when they had found it, I would never get a callback fromCar-Mart of Greenville. On today November 3, 2023 after not knowing what else to do about the situation Car-Mart refuse to address, I decided to contact the Texas DMV to see what we're my options to obtain my vehicle's title. Afterreceiving the appropriate information from the **** I immediately contacted ********************** because they were still listed as the owners of the vehicle. I spoke with the front desk personnel and told her that I was trying tosee if I can get some type of information to state that I had paid off my vehicle I had purchased from them. The lady immediately denied my claim and said that she been in the business for multiple years and that they always give outtheir customers title. I then told her that was false because I have yet to receive my title and it has been two years. Next she asked me for my name to look up if what I was saying was true. The lady then agreed I had indeed purchasedthe vehicle and that she didn't know why I didn't receive my title. I then asked since they couldn't provide me with my title of the vehicle can I at least get a letter head of some sort addressing that I had in fact completed paying off thevehicle. She then stated that they cannot do that. Then I ask if there was any other personnel I may talk to and she said 'yeah' and just transferred me being rude throughout the whole process. Next which was the final straw, I ********* transferred to the Genral Manager ********************* is what she stated after I asked her name at the end of our conversation. When speaking I again told her about the situation and she stated that they can state that they can only printout a lien release in person only. I then asked asked how long would be the process because I have been giving the run around with you all since this nightmare begun and she stated that maybe a couple of minutes. After doing my part in the contract, paying off my vehicle like I'm supposed to and for two years ********************** has lied, mislead, and fabricated information on my vehicle that I legally purchased from them. Since day one I have been trying to find some type of way to prove that I indeed purchased a vehicle and that I am the true owner of. This situation has been a nightmare and it's not even my fault. I was a valued customer who purchased in good faith to know ********************** would do the right thing and this whole situation just proves how dishonest of an establishment they are. They should be fined and reprimanded because this is totally unacceptable. I just need my title to my car and they have yet to cooperate.

I took my nephew ********************* to the Car Mart in *******,**. Spoke with a guy named Chance. Because my nephew's license were expired I had to cosign for him. I did not want to but ****** states that if I did, later on if I wanted to take my name off the car that I could. Well I called to take my name off the car and he stated that he never said that and it can't be done. Well the same month that the car was purchased, it broke down at our apartment complex. We called Car Mart to come pick it up because it wouldn't start and told them to keep it. It should not be a repossession if we asked them to pick it up due to it breaking down.
