      If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. Hands down the worst service imaginable. You call someone to clean your carpets, expecting a fresh and pleasant result, but instead, they somehow manage to make it smell 10 times worse with whatever god-awful chemical mix they used. The stench was unbearable. And if that wasnt enough, the guy scratched my personal vehicle with his equipment!But heres where it really goes off the railswhen I called corporate to complain while he was still in my house, this guy completely lost it. Apparently, the idea of being held accountable didnt sit well with him, because he started yelling at me, in my own **** home! When I refused to pay for the absolute joke of a "service" they provided, he started screaming, cussing me out, and acting like a complete lunatic.And what did the company do? Nothing. No apology, no attempt to fix itjust silence. This is beyond unprofessionalit's flat-out disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy paying to be disrespected, have your property damaged, and end up with carpets that smell worse than before.

      Helllo BBB, We have no idea who this person is, but he or she is certainly not a customer of ours. The scenario he is describing is did not take place.We are in *****. His name and zip code are in none of our records. We are being harassed by several people, including this person. Leaving reviews and comments and messages, all hateful, which we have proof if needed to be sent to you. We have also contacted the authorities.A year ago, we had a horrible experience with a customer who filed a complaint on us after we called the police on her for assaulting our technician. The claim was found in our favor which enraged her. She posted a tik tok video and has been harassing us for a year.Please help us resolve this issue.I dont know hiw someone has the audacity to leave a fake review or complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

      Considering in their own reply just now in calling it a fake review I would just like to point out they also mention theres a TikTok of everything I also just said, witch is true, and gained lots of online attention solely because of this complies practices. Ive yet to met a company who will say this was false but in the same response admit their is a TikTok about the entire situation. Weather the company likes it or not, this is a valid review on this company and I fully distrust them because of their practices. What a shameful response when the company has such **** practices, and hires the worst, criminal like, conduct staff members. If you want to file a report, it outta be on your own worker. Again- shameful. Lastly- if it were false- I would also like to say, I can provide the exact footage in question on the company that caused such online attention, the footage would show, their staff screaming in residenal houses. It seems its a multi-practice with them, maybe in the training guide.
