  Received a quote this morning for all 4 brake pads with labor for $215. Took the car, received a call that it would be $275 and $3XX for wheel bearing. Later I was told everything was ready I asked about the price of the wheel bearing and ***** says, I dont know itll be $300 I said, earlier you said a different and i was just trying to clarify but now its different ***** says, well i dont know I didnt write it down itll be $300 for 1 wheel bearing. After that he said my total for the brakes would be $300 because he had to replace 2 lug nuts on tires because they were stripped (not true just had rotated my tires last week all lug nuts were fine. Keep reading). I asked, How much are lug nuts?I will get my own, but I know my lug nuts are fine. I just rotated tires last week. ***** replies, We will go over the price when you get here. my lug nuts are bent/ scratched from them using a impact wrench. I had my father and husband. ***** had an attitude. I explained the price he told me earlier, then next, then omw there, and now when he handed me the invoice it was $309.**. He starts saying, Im not going to argue with you. You can get it for $300. I said, I was prepared to pay my $215 then it went to $275 and I was prepared to pay that, but now you have here $309.**. He says. you can take your car. I said, I cant just not pay you I know how this is gonna go. He then makes the bill $275 and I said, That doesnt match the invoice. ***** says, I told you $275 so youre welcome.. I paid my balance and let him know he does not ever have to worry about me getting Services from him. Hopefully lug nuts are not damaged from the impact wrench they used because all of my lug nuts are bent/ scratched.
