      On 8-19-20 they put a new roof on my home after the hail storm we had in **. I paid $40,900 at the time. I had a leak last year and they came out after MANY MANY MANY attempts of contacting them and with a little of your help. However, they put a different color on half of one slope of my roof. Once again, I have made MANY attempts to talk to them. On Saturday April 6, 2024 **** with Guaranteed called me and said he was going to call me back with a resolution, but I have not heard from him and no longer want to wait on them.

      On Monday 04/22/2024  we replaced the entire slope for the second time, not including the original roof. Customer is correct, the color was wrong. We also corrected a couple of other problems while the roof was being replaced. Homeowner indicated that she was not happy with repairs, and also admitted that she had had other roofing companies on her roof. This voids our warranty due to not able to verify if other roofers did any work or repairs.

      Guaranteed Roofing and Construction believe we have done all we can to make this right with homeowner.

      I am rejecting this response because:   NOT all of the repairs were not done.  I had other companies come and LOOK and make sure I was seeing things correctly.  NO ONE has touched the roof OTHER THAN Guaranteed.   There are obvious signs where they cut into the decking and left it incorrect.  In at least 1 pic you can see sun light coming in.  Just because someone comes out and looks does not seize warranties.  He is an idiot and kept getting in my face like he thought he would scare me.  His son came and supposedly painted my wall where it had been leaking and it looks like ****.  I did tell ***, after he ****** me off, that I no longer wanted him to paint my wall.  He cut the decking off in some places and you can see the metal.

      The last payment was made and installation was not completed. Several screens and a metal shop door not installed. One request to the company brought a response that it would be completed by the end of March 2023. Those remaining items were not completed, numerous emails since then have not been answered and phone calls are not answered. Documents are available but will not be uploaded at this time.

      We are unable to finish the job, but homeowner did say he would accept repayment for cost of the door. I am sending this amount to him. I am sorry for the inconvenience the has caused him. I hope this will be acceptable.

      I received an email on January 22nd from Guaranteed Roofing stating a refund check for the door and screens would be mailed that day.  As of today, January 29th, I have not received a check.

      GR put a new roof on my home and I have had many issues since they put it on. The gutters made horrible noises with any amount of wind. (Still do, just not as bad). I had a handyman out to look at my dryer because it was not drying and come to find out the vent that they put in at the time of the new roof was NOT attached to my dryer anymore and all of the lent was all of my attic and the where the vent goes through the roof, it is all wet and the partical board is very swollen and wet. At that time I informed him I wanted the partical board removed and replaced. He said he would take care of it and I am STILL waiting. Today, a breaker tripped and had an electrician out to replace it and come to find out there is water leaking from my wiring. I am tired of this. I have called and texted Teresa and Mikki MANY times. I want this resolved.

      I am so sorry that this has happened. I have sent several out (roofer and gutter repair) without positive results. I will get this set up with homeowner to complete repairs necessary.
