    I work for a company that used Hammond Services to look at a Dexter ******* machine, diagnose the issue went great. However i asked multiple times over a 2 week span for an invoice quote to repair washing machine. Received the invoice for 1800$ charging 200 hourly for 2 hours and then 950$ for one part and 300 the other I ordered ***** parts myself for less than 400 they also tampered the invoice changing the hourly rate from ******* hourly and price going up to then from ********* I called them out and got the parts and repaired ourselves. They tried getting an extra 1100$ just on the mark up of parts. Then ***** Hammonds calls me at work to to tell me Im a big boy and he was in the military and multiple times mentioned my size and his 20 year military service which has nothing to do then i clarified my size to him. Today he called my personal phone on my lunch break and I hung up he called back and told me to kiss my a$$ fat boy. This is a business you cant trust i ended up paying 200$ I can produce these phone calls if necessary for any reason. I deserve a hand written apology personally I dont pay the bills he call the headquarters of the franchise brand I work with and they couldnt do anything. Fat shaming people got him this telling me his military status wasnt necessary and neither was his unprofessional behavior over the phone profanity included. Hopefully he does the right thing or Ill keep leaving reviews until he does.
