    4QPower installed a solar array system on my property in July 2021. The array was connected to the internet in March of 2022. It became apparent that microinverter ************ was not functioning correctly, thus rendering several solar panels ineffective.Since March 2022, I have diligently attempted to resolve the issue by contacting 4QPower via phone calls and text messages. Throughout the troubleshooting process and waiting for out-of-stock microinverters from March 2022 to December 2022, I remained patient and hopeful that a resolution would be provided.On December 25th, 2022, it was mentioned in a phone call with ********************** that he and his father felt bad about the microinverter not working and stated that all microinverters would be replaced with a different brand. On December 31, 2022, 4Q Power did not fulfill the commitment as stated. In January 2023, the solar array was re-wired and a SolArk Solar Battery Inverter was installed, yet the microinverter issue persisted. 4QPower made the decision to replace the non-functioning inverter rather than replacing all of them, which I agreed to in good faith.Microinverter ************, has also been experiencing malfunctions since May 2023. Following this occurrence, 4Q Power assured me that all the microinverters would be replaced. However, as of September 2023, no corrective measures have been taken,4QPower did provide money to reimburse energy lost due to ineffective solar panels. On September 9, 2023, 4QPower employees removed the SolArk equipment from my system without permission.I am requesting the following:1. Replace all malfunctioning micro inverters with brand-new units as initially promised and ensure the system is fully functional.2. Provide regular updates.3. Return the yellow three-ring binder I put together with all the Solar Array information.4. Provide documented warranty information on the equipment installed.5. Return the SolArk equipment that was removed without permission.

    View Solar Array Text Messages Section 2- Page 42. ********************** states he will replace all the inverters. 

    ********************** has stated several times there is a 20 year warranty on the solar array, but I have not received any written documents stating this at this time.
