    They were to remove foundation white cement tube posts and level the house and put in new posts, beams and cement blocks. Of the 25 posts, they removed 6 or 7 since it was difficult for them to do because it was dulling the saw and taking too long. They added some new cement blocks and 2 beams but the floor is still not level. He said it takes awhile for the house to settle and to contact him before the 1 year warrantee expired, which I did. A year later, ************************* ************ or ************ ( www.budgethouseleveling.com ) came back out and said he would return in 2 to 3 weeks with a crew to finish the job. He also picked up a house leveling **** he had left behind a year earlier. He also assured me the warrantee time period would be extended until he made sure he completed the job. He has not replied to several phone calls ( with messages left ) and emails. I did pay him the full amount of his quote even though he was unable to remove the original white posts since he promised to level out the 700 square foot, post and beam home. He is very polite, but is not truthful.
