    I spoke with ****** in November of 2021 regarding assistance with getting a visa to Nigeria. He told me to call him 2 weeks before my flight and he would get me an ********* **** ** ********* ****** ************ I completed the online application paid the fee and went to the office as instructed on 9/23. I advised my flight is on 9/6. The tracking information for my application had not been updated since 9/26. They do not answer the phone. I got an email response telling me to track the envelope I had to purchase however on ******** it says there's no status and the same tracking number that was supposed to return my documents is one that was delivered to Roswell, GA. I have called and emailed as soon as I found this out but have not gotten a reply from this office or the ********** ** *******. I paid $160 for the application on the website and $55 at the office. In addition to the $59 I paid for the 2 envelopes and postage. I cannot even rebook my ticket because I will have to pay an extra $200 and I still have no clue as to when my ** ******** will be returned to me or when I will be able to take my vacation.

      Dear Sir,

    The complainant had a misapprehension of instructions she was given to follow in other to get her *****

    She was supposed to track the **** ******* mail delivering her passport and ***** The passport and visa was actually delivered to her 3 days before she filed this complaint.

    As it stands, the issue is resolved and she is the one owing OIS an apology for misapprehending instructions and hastily complaining to BBB.
