I would give less than 1 star if I could.
I had been at ********* for an extensive operation on some work to both thighs and in the middle veins,( widow maker). Went to this place because they could ake me and give me the rehab o needed.
They try to keep you longterm to extract the most amount of money from the I durance and still charge you 20 per day,( never explained why), they never worked on me for 4 days.
They moved me from one section to another stating that they only had 3 people in that section including myself.
The new room had a leaking toilet, that could not be worked on because their matinance man only worked Monday thru Friday. It was now Saturday. Breakfast was a hard boil egg, one slice of bacon, and a cornbread muffin that was still wet in the middle. I even had to ask for a cup of coffee. That's why they told me usually the people would typically order food to be brought in.
Lunch was normally a chicken salad with a hand full of chips then wrapped in plastic paper, and tea.
Sunday morning the room was either high 50's to low 60's, I was hyperthermic and forgotten they put down towels to soak up the water leaking from the toilet, not knowing if it is from tank or is it wast water from the bowel. I dropped my shorts into the towels not knowing, because I was that cold that I wasn't thinking. That made matters worse. Not really hyperthermic, and no answer for what seemed like hrs, finally 45 minutes later they showed up. Gave me a blanket. By that time I only had a fitted sheet to use to keep warm, wasn't near enough.
Pill were suppose to be given at morning noon and night. Some days morning pillscame at 7 am ,other days not until 11am , pain pills should have been given when asked, but they what I feel were given me muscle relaxer inssend your family or friends here for rehab. Matter of fact. This place is listed as an alzheimer's rehab center. Not a operation rehab center. Better to keep your family or friends at home than this place.
